Each year our annual Business of the Year Luncheon recognizes outstanding members of our business community. We award a small, medium, large, and manufacturing business of the year and an emerging entrepreneur to businesses that go above and beyond in their community. Businesses earn this special recognition based on the positive impact they have on their businesses which can range from superior safety awards to positive employee actions and on the impact they have in the community by supporting local children athletic teams, charitable giving programs and more! Local businesses are nominated by other businesses but are also strongly encouraged to "self nominate". Sometimes we struggle to find nominees because people and businesses that have such positive impact on their communities simply don't do it for recognition.
